First Tailored Bites Nutrition Class Follow Up!

We had our FIRST Tailored Bites Nutrition Support Class this past Saturday! We talked about Fad Diets and why they are not great for sustainable weight loss or for your health. We also discussed the impact these types of eating behaviors can have on your children and other family members later on in their lives due to thinking this type of eating is “normal”. We need to get away from the diet mindset and focus more on eating nutrient dense foods that fuel your body and mind to be its optimal best. Also, making other wellness outlets such as physical activity and meditation a priority is also imperative. You may say you don’t have time, but I say YOU NEED TO MAKE TIME!
