- Buffalo Chicken Riced Cauli Root Bowl: Seasoned, baked chicken tossed in buffalo sauce and cauliflower rice accented with baked mixed vegetables accompanied by roasted root vegetables.
- Spiced Turkey Kale-lelujah Bowl: Our signature house spiced ground turkey patties served with sautéed kale, roasted carrots and a brown rice and quinoa blend.
- Beef Goulash Bowl: A childhood favorite of ground beef, whole wheat elbow macaroni noodles, and goulash sauce accompanied by roasted squash and asparagus and side of pumpkin seeds.
- Mexi Shredded Beef Bowl: Slow cooked shredded beef paired with our signature brown rice and quinoa blend, roasted root vegetables, black beans and corn and colorful roasted bell pepper mix. Accompanied by a side of house made Chipotle salsa.
- Cobb Salad Shaker: Chilled, shredded chicken, nitrate free turkey bacon pieces, fresh boiled egg, quinoa, diced tomatoes and cucumbers. Topped with spinach and served with a side of house made honey mustard.
- Buffalo Breakfast Bowl: Shredded buffalo chicken, egg whites, roasted root vegetables, rice and quinoa mix, and roasted bell peppers all accompanied by a side of mozzarella cheese.
- Sausage Breakfast Bowl: The perfect combination of our signature brown rice/quinoa blend, roasted root vegetable, scrambled egg whites, chicken sausage, and bell pepper mix accompanied by Chipotle salsa.

- Tropical Turmeric Mandarin Parfait: Cinnamon spiced nonfat Greek yogurt accompanied by house made turmeric granola and mandarin oranges.
- Mocha Almond Overnight Oats: Rolled oats, Orgain protein powder, chia seeds, cold brew coffee and almond milk sweetened with a kiss of agave and semi-sweet chocolate chip morsels.
- Devil’s Double Pump Chocolate and Beet Muffin: Roasted organic beets, chocolate Orgain protein powder, whole wheat pastry flour, cacao, and a few other ingredients infused with semi-sweet chocolate morsels (2 muffins per order).
