- Thai Gravy Chicken Bowl: Flavor filled coconut based Thai curry gravy interlaced with carrots, bell peppers, onions, and garbanzo beans. Served with shredded chicken and a side of our signature brown rice and quinoa. Lower carb version served with the addition of steamed broccoli.
- Finger Lickin’ BBQ Chicken Bowl: The perfect finger lickin’ combination of chipotle BBQ baked chicken with a corn and asparagus mix, roasted red potatoes and accompanied by a refreshing watermelon salad with cucumber, mint, sliced red onion, and feta cheese.
- Meatball Primavera: Ground turkey & quinoa meatballs, served along with a bed of whole wheat pasta lightly coated in a lemon herb sauce, accompanied by a side of colorful seasonal mixed vegetables.
- Sloppy Joe Stuffed Baker: Ground beef covered in our signature sloppy joe sauce made with tomato, pepper, onion, and dates and stuffed into a baked russet potato. Topped with scallions.
- Shredded Beef & Sweet Mash Bowl: Slow cooked shredded beef served with mashed sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli (we are serving it with green beans this week though!).
- Brussels’s Spiced Turkey Patty Bowl: Sweet & spicy turkey patties served with our signature brown rice and quinoa blend and roasted Brussels sprouts.
- Protein Pancake and Mixed Berry Compote: Protein pancakes made with oats and KOS plant protein and banana. Served with a side of our house mixed berry compote (no sugar added).
- Sausage Breakfast Bowl: The perfect combination of our signature brown rice/quinoa blend, roasted root vegetable, scrambled egg whites, chicken sausage, and bell pepper mix accompanied by Chipotle salsa.
- Nutrient Bombs: Orgain protein, flax seed, hemp seed, chia seed, peanut butter, oats, and chocolate chips all rolled into perfect sized balls(4 bites per order)
- Sweet Potato Brownies: Fudgy protein sweet potato brownies accented with chocolate chips.
- Deconstructed Nutrient Bomb Yogurt Parfait: Our signature nonfat Greek yogurt topped with a deconstructed nutrient bomb.
- Spiced Mixed Berry Cobbler Overnight Oats: Plant protein, chia seed, cinnamon and coconut infused overnight oats topped with house made mixed berry compote and coconut shreds.
German Chocolate Protein Donut: Nutrient rich, plant based donut made with whole wheat flour, plant protein, and coconut milk topped with a coconut infused date protein frosting.
