Tailored Bites’ Tailored Meal Program
Work with a registered dietitian in creating the perfect tailored prepared meal plan that aids in your specific nutrition needs, goals, and preferences. This option is great for individuals with medical conditions such as prediabetes, diabetes, hypertension, food allergies/intolerance, as well as specific weight, cognitive, and sports performance goals.
Tailored Meal Plan Packages Breakdown:
Option 1- Weekly Tailored Prepared Package (there is a food cost fee in addition to the monthly tailored member fee that is paid weekly)
$75/week “Tailored Member” fee (invoiced weekly).

Weekly Prepared Meal Tailoring
Weekly Prepared Meal Email Check-In to Inquire about Meals for the following week
Weekly Access to Nutrition Software (access tailored meal plans, recipes, track meal compliance, fluid, physical activity, weight, etc.)
Option 2- Foundational Tailored Prepared Package (there is a food cost fee in addition to the monthly tailored member fee that is paid weekly)
$300*/ month “Tailored Member” fee (paid at the beginning of each month).

Weekly Prepared Meal Email Check-In to Inquire about Meals for the following week
1- 30 minute Nutrition Therapy Zoom check-in per month to assess nutrition prescription and goals.
Monthly Access to Nutrition Software (access tailored meal plans, recipes, track meal compliance, fluid, physical activity, weight, etc.)
Option 3- Elite Tailored Prepared Package (there is a food cost fee in addition to the monthly tailored member fee that is paid weekly)
$400*/ month “Tailored Member” fee (paid at the beginning of each month).

Additional Notes
To begin a Tailored Meal program, an initial consultation with a registered dietitian must be completed to evaluate nutritional status and needs. The initial consultation fee is $150 and includes the communication needed to develop a foundational tailored plan. Things like medical history, nutrition history, medications, activity level, nutrition goals, and other lifestyle areas impacting nutritional needs will be assessed.

Are you being referred over by another practitioner that has already assessed your nutrition? Request a Tailored Meal Plan intake form to get started instead. The Tailored Meal Plan intake is $75. This option is for clients who already have a nutrition prescription provided by another practitioner or know specifically what they want. Tailored Bites’ Registered Dietitians will not be responsible for nutrition therapy consulting and altering the nutrition prescription.
