Rachel Masser MS, RDN uses an integrative and functional approach in the nutrition treatment and counseling she provides. Rachel understands that each one of us is unique in our genetic makeup as well as our life experiences that impact our nutrition and health status. Rachel specializes in areas of chronic disease prevention and management, women’s health including hormone balance and pre & postpartum nutrition, disordered eating patterns, digestive health, plant based nutrition, and weight management. (*Weight management is facilitated through health promoting behavior change; not on restricting energy.)
Austin Tedder MS, RDN utilizes a lifestyle approach to nutrition with the heart of a teacher. He understands the demands of balancing work and a home life and provides nutrition counseling based on lifestyle. Austin specializes in sports nutrition, weight management, chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and kidney disease as well as pre/post surgery nutrition. Austin is passionate about empowering others in making lifestyle changes off fad diets and into an eating pattern that is more healthful and sustainable for the years to come.
Jenna Hart RDN, CPT is a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified personal trainer who is passionate about empowering individuals to reach health goals they never thought possible. She acknowledges that the first step can be the hardest, and has seen in her own health journey as well as with others she has worked with that “little by little, a little becomes a lot”. No matter if it’s weight management, improving health conditions such as high blood pressure or diabetes, breaking the cycle of over/undereating, or even challenging poor body image, Jenna believes that transformation occurs from the inside out. Jenna works to help each person learn the power of nutrition while strengthening their relationship with food and their body. Longevity and sustainability are core values in creating a healthy lifestyle, and the approach is individualized for every unique person and their needs, desires, and/or health concerns.
